Born and raised in New York, Mike is currently employed as a New York police officer. In addition to his police duties, Michael functions as the departments police composite artist. In this capacity, he has been responsible for the apprehension and conviction of many criminals. He has received special training in composite portraiture from the NYPD and the FBI.

Basically, a self-taught artist with a true talent in portrait art, Michael has sharpened his skills at art schools throughout the country. His love of sports legends, past and present, has been the latest inspiration for Michael's work.
